Charming hotel in the most picturesque district of Venice. The Residenza Cannaregio originally the side of a monastery from the 17th century. Beginning with the 19th century, it was turned into a storehouse where the traditional gondolas were built. This building holds nowadays a friendly hotel fully restored. The establishment is placed in the Cannaregio area, one of the most picturesque city districts where the handmade atmosphere of the old Venice still can be perceived. Its large rooms are equipped with the most modern comfort in order to warmly receive its guests. You can taste a select variety of wines and an elegant and relaxing atmosphere in its Al Grappolo bar. The Residenza Cannaregio offers a special gastronomic corner: the Al Pirón restaurant with a la carte menu of typical and international cuisine, all inside a wonderful Venetian garden. Just few minutes walking from the Rialto Bridge and from St Mark's Square, the Residenza Cannaregio offers exclusive private access for gondolas over the San Alvise canal.
