It's perfect for a family holiday as the parents can have one room, and up to 3 children can stay in the other.

23 Hepburn is just 2 minutes walk from vibrant Ponsonby Rd with its cafes, restaurants & boutiques and a 5 min drive from Auckland city and the waterfront.

An added bonus is that Auckland's oldest park is situated on the back boundary of 23 Hepburn. The trees are old and gnarled and the tracks through the park are perfect for a stroll or jog.

Being so centrally located, 23 Hepburn is the perfect place for your Auckland stay - whether it be business or pleasure. The Link Bus which will take you around the city for $1.60 is just 2 minutes walk away.

This two room boutique bed & breakfast forms part of a heritage 1920s home. The rooms are separated from the rear of the house by double French doors and guests' privacy is totally respected.

Each room offers ensuite bathroom with shower, comfy couch, writing desk, tea & coffee making facilities with your own refrigerator, Sky TV, Wireless internet, Iron & ironing board. A continental breakfast served to your room is included in the price.

Getting There	23 Hepburn is approximately 35 minutes from Auckland Airport. By Taxi: The taxi fare ranges between $55-$60 from the airport. However, Discount Taxis charge a flat fee of $40 to the door of 23 Hepburn. You can phone them from the Airport or you can pre-book a taxi to meet you at the airport/ By Car from the airport: - As you leave the airport, follow the signs to Auckland or City Centre - Exit the first motorway at Queenstown Rd – clearly sign posted - Follow all signs to Auckland or City Centre or North through suburban streets - At Gillies Avenue, hop onto the southern motorway – again clearly signposted - Pass exits to Khyber Pass, Wellesley St, Port and Waitakere/Helensville - Take the next exit at Nelson St (last exit before the Harbour Bridge) - Turn left at 1st set of lights - Turn left again at next set of lights into Wellington St (ensure you stay in left lane or you will be back on the motorway) - Turn left at 1st set of lights into Hepburn Street - We are located at number 23

Things To Do	Vibrant Ponsonby Rd with its abundance of cafes, restaurants & bars is one of Auckland's favourite locations for eating out - and it's just a 2 minute walk away. The beautiful park on the back boundary is an added bonus for walking or jogging. 23 Hepburn is centrally located to all Auckland's major attractions - it's just 5 minutes from the Auckland CBD and waterfront. The ferry to Waiheke Island is 5 minutes away and the vineyards of West Auckland take 35 minutes by car. The Zoo, Museum, Auckland Art Gallery and Kelly Tarltons are all accessible within 15 minutes.
