Metro Apartments on King Street, Darling Harbour is part of a boutique block containing eight single level one bedroom apartments. A sparkling swimming pool is on the roof top for your summer enjoyment. All apartments have recently been refurbished with painting, new carpets and new furnishings. They all have a new LCD TV with Foxtel, new airconditioner and new dishwasher. All apartments have a balcony with city views and a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Laundry facilities are also located in the bathroom of each unit. We are situated within easy walking distance from Darling Harbour with many lovely restaurants and shops, the Aquarium, Wildlifeworld, Imax Theatre, Star City Casino, the Convention Centre, Entertainment Centre, the CBD and all public transport. There are approximately 12 steep stairs leading into the building. All Apartments are serviced daily. All our rooms are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted on the balconies. Very suitable for families and corporate guests. We have a strict "NO PARTY" Policy for the comfort of all guests. |

Check in at the Metro Apartments on Darling Harbour (cnr King and Sussex Street)Photo ID and credit card are required on arrival. Reception staff will direct you across the road to your apartment. Luggage may be left at reception prior to 2.00pm. |

| Getting There |
The central city location provides convenient access to all forms of public transport. An airport transfer bus can be caught from outside the airport right to the door. Closest train stations to the hotel are Wynyard and Town Hall. Driving from Sydney International or Domestic Airport (SYD): Thes best route is to take the Eastern Distributor Motorway and then the Cross City Tunnel (toll cost of AU$6.50). Exit left onto William Street and continue along this road, crossing over George Street (with the Town Hall on the left and the Queen Victoria Building on the right). You can turn right onto either Clarence or Kent Street and travel north until the intersection at traffic lights with Erskine Street. Turn left here and then left again into Sussex Street, which is one way travelling south. The Sussex Street reception is approximately 400 metres (one block) on the corner of King and Sussex Street. We do not have a car park on-site but have a discount agreement with a public parking station at 170 Sussex Street(Rear of 383 Kent Street)It is the first blue car park sign on the left hand side after King Street. We can not be held responsible for parking at the wrong car park. Just drive in and take a ticket. We will validate the ticket for a discount. Tolls(s) subject to change without notice). |

We can not be held responsible for parking at the wrong car park. Just drive in and take a ticket. We will validate the ticket for a discount. The current rate is $30.00 per 24 hour period. (Car park is not open 24 hours). Rates are correct as at September, 2008. |
