24 Ground Floor Rooms, located on Western Highway. Newly renovated with a complete makeover encompassing everything from new DVD players and televisions right up to new beds, tiling, lighting, carpets, painting and whitegoods. Even our gardens are new! Sleep in our new queen size beds guaranteed to give a good nights sleep. Our rooms contain wireless internet access, tea/coffee facilities, toaster, ironing facilites, hairdryer, electric blankets and air conditioning. Our cafe area is available to provide light refreshments for the weary traveller. Cooked breakfast is provided in the cafe area or in our restaurant for larger groups. It does not matter what time you arrive, our friendly staff will do our utmost to welcome you. There will be something available to refresh you. You may like a home cooked meal at the end of your day, or you may prefer to go to McDonalds just up the road! All rooms are non smoking. We are a touch of the mediterranean in Stawell. |

| Getting There |
We are located on the Western Highway approximately 300 metres from the large Mitre 10 store, the Adelaide side of Stawell. From Adelaide, as you approach Stawell we are on the right hand side and are clearly sign posted, but if you reach the Mitre 10 Store, you have gone too far. From Melbourne take the Western Highway to Stawell. Ignore the righthand turnoff to Stawell and continue along the highway until you see us on the left hand side about 300 metres past the Mitre 10 Store. |

| Things To Do |
Using our motel as your base, you can spend several days in the region enjoying all of the tourist attractions of the Grampians region, the Wimmera region, the Great Western wineries and the local Stawell district. Should you be part of a group, we can organise a bus itinery for up to four days of constructive, interesting activities within reach of the motel. Things to see and do include: Antique shops and galleries, Big Hill pioneer lookout, Bunjils Shelter, Cato Park walk, Central Park gardens, Pleasant Creek Courthouse, Sisters Rocks, Stawell Gift of fame, the Stawell Heritage trail, Gum San Chiness heritage centre, the Langi Morgala museum, Railway Heritage museum, Challicum Hills wind farm scenic route, J Ward (old jail), Brambuk National Park and Cultural Centre, Seppelts and other local Wineries and vineyards, Waterfalls, Historic Sites (we can provide information and location map), Bushwalking. Stawell has a farmers market and a traditional local market each month. Pomonal, Ararat, Halls Gap and Wartook also have local weekend markets for you to enjoy. |
