Ideal for business and leisure travellers alike, the property offers a vast array of on-site amenities including free 24-hour Internet access, a bar, restaurant and fully equipped meeting space for up to 150. It is just at 25 minutes by train from Termini, the central railway station in Rome and at 15 minutes from Castel Gandolfo, the lakes zone. The train line is Roma/Albano and the stop is Pantanella. A splendid garden and two nice fountains provide the perfect setting for relaxing moments. The building was finished on 2008 and it is like a white pharaonic villa that appears on the green of the surrounding area. |

**Pick Up to Ciampino airport on request: 20EUR** By Car: Go out from the GRA (RING HIGHWAY) at the exit numer 23 'Appia' following directions for 'Albano'. Go straight on Via Appia for about 3 km. Then, exit from Via Appia when you find directions for 'Marino - Via dei Laghi'. After 200 metres you will find a round. Here, take the third exit. Go straight on for 3,5 kms. Take Via delle Pantanelle on the left. Go straight on for 1,8 kms. From Termini Station (Central Railways Station in Rome): From Termini Station it takes you 25 minutes. Take the train (line FM4) to Albano Laziale. Get off to Pantanella stop. Then,walk for 500 metres on Via Romana. FROM AIRPORTS From Fiumicino Airport. Take the train Leonardo da Vinci Express to Termini Station. From Termini Station it takes you 25 minutes. Take the train (line FM4) to Albano Laziale. Get off to Pantanella stop. The Ethernal City is very near; so the most important thing to do is to visit Rome! In the hotel area offers many attractions. The lakes, first of all or the summer residence of the Pope. 800 metres far away the hotel there is the Palazzo Colonna (Colonna's Palace. Situated in the centre of Marino, it was built from the last years of the first half of 1500. At 1,4 km there is the Fontana dei Mori (Mori's Fountain. It is in the historical centre of Marino, it is famous because during the ‘Sagra dell’Uva’ that’s a sort of Festival of grapes, from this fountain flowing white wine. It happens on a Sunday of October. At about 3 km there is Castel Gandolfo, the nice little country with the lake and the Summer Residence of the Pope- At 4,00 km there is Frascati with its attractions such as Villa Aldobrandini, also known as Belvedere for its charming location overlooking the whole valley up to Rome, it was built on the order of Cardinal Pietro Aldobrandini, Pope Clement VIII's nephew over a pre-existing edifice built by the Vatican prelate Alessandro Rufini in 1550. |
