Whether arranging a private car, hailing a taxi or directing you to your next destination, our hotel staff are there to help you arrive there comfortably and on time. -Airport Connections As located in the center of Pearl River Delta area, the Shangri-La Hotel, Zhongshan is very convenient access to nearby city airports: Hong Kong International Airport (by ferry):70 minutes: Macau International Airport : 40 minutes Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport : 1.5 hours Shenzhen International Airport : 1.5 hours Zhuhai International Airport : 75 minutes To arrange an airport pick-up, simply provide your flight name, flight number and estimated time of arrival when booking on-line, or contact the hotel directly by telephone: (86 760) 8838 6888 or email: reservations.slzn@shangri-la.com. Please make your booking at least two days in advance. Taxis can be found on the ground floor of the domestic and international arrival halls. Taxis are metered, and fare between Guangzhou Baiyun International airport and the hotel generally costs around RMB 450 (USD 60) per journey, while fares between Shenzhen International Airport and the Shangri-La Hotel, Zhongshan generally cost RMB 550 (USD 70). -Buses & Ferries Bus routes crisscross the city, although chances are likely that you will need to make a line transfer in order to reach your destination. Enquire with the hotel staff about selecting the most effective bus route. There are daily ferry schedules directly between Zhongshan Ferry and Hong Kong International Airport, the trip takes one hour and ten minutes. Please proceed to the ferry counter and purchase your ticket to Zhongshan. You do not have to clear the customs. Another alternative will be through Macau International Airport which is just besides Macau/Zhuhai Hengqin customs, it takes around 40 minutes to our hotel. Ferries depart eleven times daily from the port at Zhongshangang, 20 km northeast of the city. There is a complementary shuttle bus that travels between the hotel and ferry landing.
