The YMCA has quality accommodation to suit any budget. We provide modern facilities and friendly service in the heart of Christchurch city. From backpackers to families, no need to be a member, you can enjoy the benefits of staying at the YMCA.

Deluxe Rooms have ensuite bathroom, television, telephone, tea & coffee making facilities. Standard rooms are on a share bathroom basis. Twin rooms have 2 single beds and double rooms have 1 queen bed.

Free off street parking is provided with the added bonus of a dining room, gym, climbing wall and sauna all available at a small cost for our guests to use.

*****Please note that the guest kitchen will not be available for guest use from Monday 20 May to Monday 10 June. We are undertaking renovations to improve the standard of this facility and hope that this does not cause too much inconvenience to guests during this period*****

Getting There	We are located at the Botanical Gardens end of Hereford Street directly opposite the Arts Centre. Car parking is available off Cashel Street. From the airport we recommend you catch a shuttle bus as they are located directly outside the airport terminal and offer a door to door service. A free shuttle service is provided to the train station and we recommend shuttle bus or taxi for any other transport requirements.
