Built in 2008, our Business Apartments boast brand new fixtures and fittings with a sleek modern design. The perfect choice for your long stay corporate traveller. Strict Check In Policy Upon check in photo identification for all adult guests and a valid credit card in the name of one of the registered guests will be required for a $300 pre-authorisation to cover any incidentals and the security of the apartment and keys. Guests who are unable to meet the check in requirements will not be granted access to our apartments and no refund will be made. ** STRICTLY NO CASH BONDS ACCEPTED ** The credit card pre-authorisation will freeze $300 for a period of 5 – 10 working days. This amount is released by your financial institution not the hotel. As our apartments are located in a residential environment, we maintain a strict “NO PARTY POLICY AND ZERO NOISE TOLERANCE POLICY” – Any guest who breaches this policy or fails to follow the accommodations term and conditions as provided on check in, will be evicted from the apartment with no refund. Brisbane's Air Train is an easy alternative to a taxi. Take the Air Train to Brisbane Central Sation, exit onto Edward Street and proceed to Upper Edward. Heading North on the M1 - take the Turbot Street exit which is located on the right side of the freeway. After exiting, proceed forward through George Street and Albert Street. After Albert Street remain to the left side of the light of Edward Street and Upper Edward, vere to the left and proceed through the lights of Wickham Terrace. Quest Spring Hill main reception desk is directly on your left approximately 30 meters from the lights of Wickham Terrace. |

One FREE secure car park is offered with each apartment. For check in, parking is available in front of Quest Spring Hill main reception in the loading zone until 4:00 pm and after 7:00 pm. Additional parking for check in is available on Flynn Street direclty North of Quest Spring Hill's main reception desk. |
