The 4 star Aparthotel Residence San Niccolò is located in a glamorous XIX century mansion, recently refurbished, on the Lungarno riverside in front of Piazzale Michelangelo and a short walk away from the heart of culture and art (Santa Croce and Signoria squares, the Uffizi museum) and the Old Bridge.

With its new restyling, the Residence San Niccolò combines the classic architectural style with all modern comforts in order to offer its guests unforgettable stays on the Arno riverside.

Our 16 rooms, all provided with cooking facilities, are furnished with the utmost care and enriched with cotto or parquet floors, wooden furniture, and marbles in the bathrooms.

All our rooms are provided with air conditioning/private heating, television, telephone with possibility of connection to Internet, viedo-housephone, cooking corner fully equipped.

Our Aparthotel offers breakfast in room (box breakfast). We also have at our guests' disposal a laundry room and parking.
