Complete with parking space, reception area and a small communal plunge pool, Sunset Terrace is ideal for visitors who come to Bali for business or pleasure and require a strategically located home base. Inviting Living Space Each apartment is a two storey self-contained unit that features a front terrace and is accessed via a glass panelled sliding door. The whole ground level is an inviting space that integrates a practical kitchen for simple food preparation, a dining and living environment. Stylish furnishings include a modular rattan sofa with cosy cushions, a 4 piece dining table in dark timber and some quirky pieces of artwork decorating the walls. A small bathroom facility is conveniently hidden in an alcove beneath the stairs for the use of guests when entertaining friends. Bedroom Retreat An inconspicuous staircase leads into the upper domain of the apartment, which is taken up entirely by a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This comfortable air-conditioned retreat features a queen sized bed with matching side tables and soft furnishings in bright shades of colour. Cable television and a DVD player are just some of the modern facilities that give Sunset Terrance a home style ambience. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub, rain shower and separate vanity edged in creamy marble. Upstairs Terrace A glass panelled windows captures the first rays of morning sun and bathes the bedroom in natural light. This leads out onto a private terrace overlooking a neighbouring piece of landscape that is generously planted with trees and tropical foliage. The terrace provides a quiet niche to sit and read or just enjoy the evening breeze. |

Sunset Terrace is 20km from International Ngurah Rai or approximately 25 minutes drive by car.Please tell the taxi driver to go to Jl.Oberoi, Seminyak and turn right just after ultimo restaurant into Jl.PangKung Sari. Sunset Terraces is on the left about 200 metres up the road, just before the taxi rank on the right hand side. |

Sunset Terrace apartments are only 200 metres from the best International Restaurants that Bali has to offer including French, Italian, Thai and many others. Recommended restaurants include Ultimo, Cafe Bali, Sarong, The Living Room, Hu'u Bar, Samaya Breeze Restaurant(beachfront), Luluchiola(beachfront) and Kudeta(beachfront).There are also many boutique high class shops in Jl.Oberoi, as well as a myriad of entertainment venues later on in the evening. These include Hypnotique night club, Hu'u Bar, the world famous KuDeTa Restaurant and Venue at the moon. Best places for grabbing a cocktail and watch the amazing sunset is Either Kudeta Restaurant or Breeze Restaurant at The Samaya. |
