In the morning why not take a short walk along the foreshore before heading off later in the day to explore the natural icons this region has to offer such as East Coast Natureworld, Aspley Gorge, Coombend, Freycinet and Spring Vale Vineyards, Bicheno Sealife Centre, or Douglas Apsley National Park. Take a day trip to Freycinet National Park, check out spectacular Wineglass Bay and The Hazards. At days end laze on the beach, listen to the water lap the shore, and as the sun sets over the water watch the numerous fairy penguins come ashore, as they do most of the year. |
