Getting There The property is right in the heart of the seaside township of Swansea and only 90 minutes drive from both Hobart and Launceston Airports.

When driving North from Hobart via the Tasman Highway, take the second(2nd) right turn from Franklin Street (Tasman Hwy) into Maria Street No: 3. The property is located next to Morris Store and opposite both the BP service station and the Post Office/Fish & Chips shop.

When driving South from Launceston via Campbell Town/Lake Leak Road or via St Helens, take the first(1st) left turn from Franklin Street (Tasman Hwy) into Maria Street No: 3. The property is located next to Morris Store and opposite both the PB service station and the Post Office/Fish & Chips shop.
