Established in June 2008 by Michael Hake, Hanoi Golden Plaza now has been becoming one of the newest modernest hotels in Hanoi French Old Quarter. | Getting There |
Situated down a small,quiet lane called Tho Xuong just a few steps to the St Joseph's Cathedral(Nha Tho Lon in vietnamese) in the centre of town and 3 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel is perfectly located to explore Hanoi's Old Quarter. The hostel is just 200ms north of the Airport shuttle stop(Vietnam Airline representative sale office) located at 1 Quang Trung St and 1km from the Hanoi Train Station.Hanoi International Airport is approximately 45min to 1 hour from the centre of Hanoi. Airport shuttles ($3USD/person) and taxis ($16-$20USD) are available from the arrivals terminal. A hassle free airport transfer can be arranged from as little as $20USD for a 4 seat car or $25US for a larger 7 seat people mover. To have us arrange a driver to meet you when you arrive at Hanoi International Airport use the contact form to the right to send your flight details. Be aware some shuttle and taxi drivers, operating from the airport, train and bus stations accept commissions for taking unsuspecting travellers to budget hotels that claim to work with us. In fact the Hanoi Golden Plaza is situated on a narrow lane for shuttle buses and taxis to drive down. So if the shuttle bus or taxi stops directly outside a hotel you have been taken to the wrong address. If you find yourself in this situation decline politely and make your way to the St Joseph's Cathedral on Nha Tho Street and ask one of the cafes or restaurants to point you in the direction of the Hotel.Pls remember that Hanoi Golden Plaza Hotel is very very closed to The Cathedral just a few steps(it is little bit difficult to see the hotel from the cathedral coz our hotel is behind a block, if you have some troubles please donot hesitate to call us at anytime at our hotline at 84 1682 656776(just dial 01682 656776 if you are already in Vietnam),we will catch you in half a minute. |

Our hotel parking's area can used for cars or buses from 4 to 24 seats.The vehicle can stop on Au Trieu Street for a few hours. For longer parking or overnight please feel free to drive your car or bus to Hoan Kiem Lake(just a few minutes driving). |
