Ascot on Fenton is a superb example of a great property which is not just a Motel but an accommodation experience. We practice the art of old fashioned hospitality and treat all our guests like “Guests” not just as customers and personally attend to all your travelling requirements. We are just 400 metres from the start of the City and a very short walk to shops,restaurants and all the city centre attractions. We have 20 quality apartments designed with our guests comfort and convenience in mind.Our complex enjoys a mix of apartment and suite configurations to suit all tastes and budgets, ranging from executive suites, studio apartments and one bedroom & two bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 guests. All our ground floor apartments have their own private glass covered, muraled courtyards directly off the bedroom with private sunken fill your own large fresh water spa pools. We have 3 x twin studio apartments that sleep up to 3 people and 3 x double studio apartments that are ideal for 1 or 2 people. These studio apartments are configured as “Hotel room style” accommodation and do not have cooking facilities. Our 6 studio apartments are all on the first floor and can interconnect with the ground floor 1 bedroom apartment directly below them to form a large 2 bedroom apartment. Our 8 ground floor executive suites can sleep up to a maximum of 5 people by utilising the double divan settee bed and the single bed in the lounge. These superior apartments are equipped with a 21 inch LCD and a 21 inch flat screen Television All our apartments have: Microwave ovens, Iron & ironing board, fans, thermal heating, fridges, either tea and coffee facilities (Studio Apartments) or full cooking facilities, TV’S 12 channels of television including Digital Sky TV. Hispeed wireless broadband internet All our suites & apartments have been tastefully furnished with modern superior fabrics and quality drapes giving you the ambience and comfort one expects in a 4 star complex. The One Bedroom and Executive Suites also come with kitchens, microwaves, full tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, Sky Digital TV, broadband internet, radio/alarm clocks. Facilities also available include: cot/high chair, laundry service, dry cleaning service, secure lockup for bikes, safe for small valuables, and a customer service which has been described as old fashioned and outrageously fabulous. |
