Sleeping Beauty is a boutique Guesthouse in the city centre of Rome, inside the citywalls, situated in front of the St.John's Cathedral, and approx. 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum area. Excellent connections: underground station, bus stop and tram to the rest of the city centre as well as to Trastevere. Beautifully decorated rooms with italian fabrics enjoy the same level as a two star superior hotelroom. Each room has: -Electronic Safe -Mini Fridge -Television with DVD/CD Player -Kettle with coffee and tea supplies-FREE -Air Conditioning (on request) -Wi-Fi Access-FREE -Hairdryer -Writing Desk -FREE INTERNET We will try and supply you with as much information as we can on arrival and also during your stay, to help you make the most of your stay in Rome. | Getting There |
DONT FORGET WE OFFER AN AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICE, JUST EMAIL US IF REQUIRED. IT IS 45 EURO FOR A DOUBLE, 50 FOR A TRIPLE , 55 QUAD, 65 QUINTUPLE.From Ciampino airport or from the Termini Railway station (where you have to go when arriving at Fiumicino; Leonardo Da Vinci Airport), take Line A of the underground and travel directly to S.Giovanni. Exit on the left side,and outside pass through the arches of the city walls of Rome. Go straight ahead and you will walk up to the main street called Viale Carlo Felice. Cross over at the traffic light and walk down the street to the right, up to number 89. Ring the buzzer at "Sleeping Beauty". |

Parking can be found on the street with payment. Indoor car parking nearby, Cost between 20 and 25 euro per night, depending on the type vehicle. |
| Things To Do |
Sleeping Beauty is situated in a residential area, with plenty of shops at "italian" prices, not just "tourist" prices. Several nice restaurants in the area. Go and visit the St.John's cathedral at the end of the street, and take the bus from there to the Catacombs. Take a walk up to the Colosseum and the Ancient Rome area, with Roman Forum, Terme di Caracalla, Circus Maximus. Hop on the underground and reach all other tourist sites in minutes, such as : Vatican, St.Peter's, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc..etc.. |
