Nestled a top a south-facing hill, this large custom property with soaring living space, large expanses of windows overlooks the town of Lake Taupo, the pristine lake and mountains.

Falls Chateau is our showcase boutique accommodation residence! A range of accommodation options available; a suite, one bedroom apartment, lodge queen rooms, or luxury duplex two level apartment. Alternatively rent the entire Chateau as the apartment and suite have inter-connecting doors. There are no communal facilities. All guests have private entrances, ensuite bathrooms and lounges.


The Location is quiet, yet just minutes to Lake Taupo, geothermal attractions , and the stunning Huka Falls. An excellent restaurant, winery and private vineyard just steps away.

The Chateau is richly decorated in a modern style, with beautifull artwork and evokes a warm, inviting feeling, with attention to detail through out.

Privacy, relaxation and customer satisfaction are the hallmark of this special property for the discerning traveler.

This property is for the exclusive use of paying guests only. Guests may not have visitors and children are discouraged without prior Management approval.

Getting There Follow signs State Highway 1 to Huka Falls, turn right onto Huka Falls Road, left into Huka Falls Resort follow The Boulevard all the way down, turn left onto Noumea Drive, and left at Chateau Crescent, Falls Chateau is number 12, the large Chateau on the right hand South corner.

Things To Do The greater Taupo region has some amazing areas of significant geological features. Thermal wonderlands and natural hot springs sprawl throughout the Taupo Volcanic Zone, which stretches from White Island to Tongariro National Park. Beautiful mountain running waters feed into Lake Taupo which gives this stunning lake its clean unpolluted water.
