The Green House on the Hill is 5 minutes walk from the heart of Art Deco Napier, yet surrounded by trees in a quiet, woodland setting with views of the sea, city and Cape Kidnappers.

We offer friendly, smoke-free accommodation,in our home, for your visit to Hawke's Bay. For accommodation, we have 2 rooms, 1 with en-suite facilities and I queen bedded room with small lounge and separate, private bathroom facilities, ideal for family or two couples as we can add an extra bed to the 'lounge'. FREE Wireless internet in rooms, free email,free national and international calls (landlines only!).

Getting There	We are happy to pick up from airport or bus station. From Marine Parade take Tennyson St and at 3rd set of lights turn Right on to Milton Rd. After approximately 300m take the driveway marked Milton Oaks and we are the green house on the right hand side.
