16 ground floor self contained units - 2x 2br family units, 6x 1br units, 8x spacious studio units. All units are modern and quiet for our location and are serviced daily. We are only 12 minutes away from Wellington City and Interisland ferry terminal. Lower Hutt City is only a 5 minute drive where a host of shopping (Westfield Shopping Centre), restaurants and night life can be found or venture to Petone for an extensive array of eateries. Westpac Stadium and TSB Arena are only 10 minutes away by car or trains run from nearby Lower Hutt or Melling Stations. There are three swimming pool complex and several golf courses nearby. The motel itself is along side the beautiful Hutt River that offers good walking tracks and we are also at the entrance to Belmont Regional Park. We also offer continental breakfast and morning paper. |

| Getting There |
Coming from South by car, follow SH2 towards Upper Hutt, after Lower Hutt City lights you will need to be in left hand lane and follow signs to Belmont Hills, at this turn off you should see us on your left next to traffic lights. Coming from North, on SH2 after the Avalon/Naenae lights get into right hand lane and turn right at next lights and you will see the motel on your right. If coming by train get the Melling train to end of the line and then either a bus or taxi(about $10) |

Carparking is all off street with carparking for each unit and several visitor carparks availble. Carpark is under CCTV 24 hours. |
| Things To Do |
Several Golf Courses and Swimming Pools nearby. Te Papa is only 15 minutes by car and the Zoo is about 20 minutes. Hutt Hospital and Boulcott clinic are only 5 minuets away. |
