Kingscote is the island’s main town, central to all island attractions making it a convenient home base. Seaview spans the entire block from the seafront back through to the main street. Quiet, tranquil surroundings yet only metres from all shops and restaurants. Accommodation to suit all budgets. Choose from comfortable 2½ star Guesthouse Rooms, or 3½ star Motel Units, Spa Suite or 2 Bedroom Apartment. The lovely stone guesthouse was built in 1924 and has front position on our seafront block making it the best value seafront accommodation you'll find anywhere. Large verandahs and all rooms have bay views. Share bathroom facilities, male and female separate, only 4 rooms max using them. Bedrooms do have private handbasins as well as TV etc. Oceanview or Gardenview Motel Units have been updated and provide all the facilities you would expect with an ensuite. The Baudin Spa Suite is a very large open plan room with lounge area and dining table by the windows. Upstairs 2 bedroom Apartment provides a kitchen and bathroom with separate vanity area as well as lounge and dining table area. Wireless Internet Access, free gas BBQ under shelter, loan picnic box for day trips. Guest Lounge with extra TV and microwave. |

Seaview is ideally located on the seafront road, Chapman Terrace, and spans the block to the main shopping street, Dauncey Street. We are only 400 metres from the Kingscote jetty and even closer to most of the retail district. All transport and tours arranged with no deposits or prepayments, costs are conveniently paid at Seaview during your stay. Flights from Adelaide at least 4 times a day via Air South or REX. Ferry transfers via SeaLink travel from Cape Jervis to Penneshaw. Bus transfers available from Adelaide city and Glenelg. Hire an island car or bring your own from the mainland. It is our pleasure to help you with any requirements and offer plenty of local knowledge. |

Day trip to see all the island's famous attractions, Seal Bay, Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch etc. |
