Strathavon was built during 1912 as the private home of Wyong early pioneer, Albert Hamlyn Warner and has operated as a traditional Guest House since 1933. Nestled on the banks of the tranquil Wyong River on the Central Coast, Strathavon offers 50 affordable ensuite guest rooms for the budget conscious traveller, snooker room in the main house, outdoor decking for fishing or relaxation and is just a short walk to an 18 hole golf course. Strathavon's 180 seat dining room caters for conferences, weddings and funtions. The adjoining cocktail bar and meeting / function rooms makes Strathavon perfect for social groups, sporting clubs, family reunions and corporate gatherings. (Please note these facilities only operates for functions, though guests are welcome to order beverages via reception.) "Strath" is also centrally located to many other facilities in the regions including bush walks, National Parks, surfing beaches, boating, fishing, shopping centres, skate parks, sporting facilities and tourist attractions. Our office staff will gladly provide maps and directions to these locations on request. If you are looking for no fuss, affordable accommodation at a tranquil location with all the basics and a bit more then Strathavon is the place to be. |

Travel from Sydney on the F3, take the Wyong turnoff and travel past the Tuggerah Westfield Shopping Centre to the last major roundabout, turn left at the roundabout and when you cross the Wyong Railway Bridge turn left, travel under the bridge you just crossed and follow this road to Strathavon. Alternatively, enter 'Strathavon Wyong' as your destination into Google Maps. |
