The Maroochy River Motel is an owner operated, ten unit motel, which endeavours to supply clean and comfortable accommodation on the Sunshine Coast at budget prices. Visit Bli Bli's Medieval Castle, The Big Pineapple, Ski & Skurf Cable Water Ski Park, Underwater World and Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo all within a short drive of the Maroochy River Motel. We are also adjacent to the Fisherman's Road sporting fields and close to Maroochydore Airport. Our one bedroom motel units sleep two to four people and are fully carpeted with screened windows. The rooms are fully equipped with kitchenettes, including stove, microwave, toaster, crockery,cutlery, pots & pans, fridge (some are a large size) and tea & coffee making facilities. All units have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. A television is included, DVD player available for hire if requested at time of booking. Rooms are serviced daily. A conveniently located shopping district, which includes an IGA supermarket, take away shops, cafes and a Trader Duke's Hotel is located within one kilometre. |

Family Motel Room
Our family motel rooms consists of one double bed and one bunk, which are in the same room and are suitable for two adults and two children (<14yo). They have kitchenettes, some with large fridges. A DVD player is available if requested at time of booking Rates are for 4 people. The room caters for a maximum of 2 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

Our double motel units are fully airconditioned, and are equipped with a kitchenette, some with large fridges. A DVD player is available if requested at time of booking. A queen size bed may be available if requested at time of booking. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 3 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 3 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

| Getting There |
Maroochy River Motel is located only six kilometres from the Sunshine Coast Airport. Maroochydore is located 98kms north of Brisbane. 11kms from Nambour Railway Station. Sun Buses from Maroochydore and Nambour pass the motel. When travelling from Brisbane, turn off the Bruce Highway onto the Sunshine Motorway; follow the signs to Noosa Heads, and after 16.5 kms take the Bli Bli/ Bradman Ave exit. Turn left on to Bradman Avenue and the Maroochy River Motel is situated 800 metres on the left hand side (opposite park). When approaching form the North take the Bli Bli/ Mudjimba exit and follow this for seven kilometres. At the roundabout take the Maroochydore exit and the Maroochy River Motel is situated 3.8 kilometres on the right hand side (opposite park). |
