There are 40 ground floor units, of which 19 are family rooms that can accommodate up to 9 guests. Each unit is equipped with ensuite, television, refrigerator, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities, electric blankets and have reverse cycle air conditioning. Our spacious, open lounge overlooks the pool and the adjacent hillside, guests can enjoy in comfort, the lovely log fire and the beautiful view, or have a game of pool and a drink from the bar. Our restaurant has magnificent views over Cooma and surrounding countryside. Meals including breakfast are orchestrated by our enthusiastic professional team. |

The motel is located in Chapman Street. If coming from Canberra or the coast take the second street on the left after the Woolworths and Rivers Clearance Store in Sharp Street. |

| Things To Do |
Skiing in the Winter. Outside the winter season activities in the area include bush walking, horse riding, water activities, fishing, and scenic drives. Travel on the historical rail motor, visit Snowy Hydro Education Centre, see the Correctional Centre Museum. Take a walk down the heritage listed Lambie Street, located close to the motel. |
