| Getting There |
We are located 7 km South East of the Townsville Airport. A short drive of about ten minutes, or approximately $15 by taxi. 750 metres from the coach transit centre - a 15 minute walk or approximately $6 by taxi. Townsville Train Station approximately 1.5 km from the hotel - Taxi approx $8 or a five minute drive. Located on the Southside of the CBD in Palmer Street via the Denham Street Bridge. |

| Things To Do |
Located in the 'restaurant strip' of Townsville close to CBD, shops, night clubs, heritage bars and the Magnetic Island ferry. Close to attractions such as Reef HQ (the largest living reef aquarium in the southern hemisphere), the Museum of Tropical Queensland (where relics of HMS "Pandora" which sank whilst in pursuit of the "Bounty" mutineers are displayed) and "The Strand" - a 3km stretch of beach with water park, play areas, cafes and restaurants. Townsville has teams in the National Rugby League and Men's and Women's National Basketball League - games are at the Entertainment Centre - 2km. Take a drive to Paluma National Park or to the historical gold mining town of Charters Towers. Billabong Eco Sanctuary is 18km south and is an award winning eco park. |
