Les Jardins de l’Amirauté is a residence consisting of 59 apartments with 1 building, in the courtyard of which is a superb swimming pool. It is situated just steps from the Sables d'Olonne marina, venue for the famous Vendée Globe race. THE APARTMENTS : (most of them have pool view) Kitchen: microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker hood. Living/dining area: table, chairs, pull-out bed Bathroom , separate WC Balcony or terrace Double bedrooms: rooms with 1 double bed or/and twin beds. - 2 room 4 persons (29 - 31m²): Living room with pull-out bed, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 terrace or balcony, - 3 room 6 persons (40 - 45m²): Living room with pull-out bed, kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom,1 terrace or balcony Please note towels are not provided unless required in advance and will be at an extra charge - €8 per kit. Cleaning at end of stay is also not included. Should you not want to clean the place on departure, a fee will be required of €45. |
