Eco Inn Warners Bay (Formerly The Lakeside Motor Inn) is aiming to set a new benchmark in sustainable accommodation.
Rooms are being refurbished, we run on solar power through our new 20KWh rooftop solar station, and are switching in room appliances and lighting to energy efficient products. Take our new 7 star energy rated TV's, not only are they the latest energy saving TV's, they come complete with FREE on demand latest release movies.
Of course, Wotif guests are able to use our WiFi FREE, and have access to seven Foxtel channels through the TV system. New room designs incorporate comfortable leather sofas or arm chairs (Queen rooms only), and thoughtful work spaces.
Our location means we are only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from teh centre of Warners Bay and it's relaxed waterside attractions, including fantastic eateries, bars and of course the lolly and ice cream shops.
Eco Inn has been designed to suit travellers, corporate and leisure groups and is constantly evolving. Our complete refurbishment is scheduled for late 2013, but our rooms are 3.5 star now.

Getting There From the Sydney Newcastle Freeway. Turn off at the Cardiff Exit.

Turn right towards Cardiff/Newcastle and follow George Booth Drive through Edgeworth and Glendale.

At Glendale George Booth Drive becomes Main Road. Continue to follow this Road through Cardiff. At Cardiff, Main Road becomes Macquarie Road.

Continue following Macquarie Road through to Warners Bay. Macquarie Road will become Kings Sreet, which ends at a round-about on the foreshore of Lake Macquarie.

Turn left at the roundabout on to the Esplanade. Pass through the next roundabout. Directly after the roundabout there will be a service road on the left hand side. The Motel is situated on this service road.
Parking On-site, off street parking is available at no additional charge.
Things To Do Take a leisurely stroll along the sparkling waters of Lake Macquarie to one of the quaint waterside coffee shops in the village centre. One of Lake Macquarie's best walks is right on our doorstep.
