Here are just some of the things you will enjoy: - The serene beauty of the Ping River - The tranquility of our peaceful garden with its majestic, ancient trees and great blankets of radiant flowers - Authentic, large Lanna style teak houses, all abundantly equipped with the most modern amenities All houses are made from teak wood. The furniture and accessories have been carefully and lovingly handcrafted in an antique style. The resort is called the “Granary Resort” because of the houses are built in the authentic Lanna style of old rice granaries (storehouse). In the Thai language this style is called “Lhong-khao” or “Yung-khao”. These two storey houses are our guestrooms and are our way of keeping alive the beauty of our Lanna architectural heritage. Imagine relaxing in a spacious guesthouse (approx. 40 to 50 sq. meters) and resting on a large, comfortable antique bed under a white canopy. Enjoy the view of our magnificent garden and the stately Ping River. And at night you will be enveloped by the tranquility of our natural surroundings and will be in a perfect harmony with nature. Outside your guesthouse, you can partake in the pleasure of “The Granary Resort” at your leisure. Stroll in the lush, beautiful garden; smell the gorgeous orchids and many, many other varieties of Thai flowers. Lounge by our lovely swimming pool right next to the Ping River. And, of course, there is the delectable Thai cuisine served with a perfect wine under candlelight. You are surrounded by the natural beauty of the mountains and the Ping River.
