Now you have the opportunity to rejuvenate yourself and indulge in a fantastic selection of wonderful treatments. Our accommodation - fully self contained spa cottages - situated on two and a half acres in Cowes, Phillip Island, is an ideal base to explore all The Island has to offer. ~ A spectacular Day Spa, incorporating 5 treatment rooms, hydrotherapy body capsule, geisha tub and more. Many of the rooms cater for dual therapies so you may share the day spa experience with your partner or friend. We are able to cater for small groups and is a perfect setting for a hen's party, or girl’s weekend away. From the moment you enter the day spa building you begin to relax. A calming "chill out" lounge area is the place to relax before and after your treatments as you sit back and take some time out just for you, while you enjoy the Yulu tea or a refreshing drink. In warmer weather the deck area is the perfect spot to bask in the sun and really allow you to relax. Our highly qualified & skilled therapists are on hand to ensure your spa experience is an enjoyable and memorable time for you. Your comfort level is our number one priority. LI'TYA and Pevonia Botanica have been selected to be our spa partners and all staff have undertaken extensive training to ensure your treatments are carried out in a professional and caring nature. The extensive spa menu caters for both male and female and includes soothing facials, therapeutic and relaxation massage, the indigenous kodo massage, hydrotherapy treatments, body wraps and much more. The spa cottages are separate buildings with your own driveway and carport allowing you to really unwind, with native gardens surrounding each one where the birdlife is abundant and the peace and quiet is all encompassing. The cottage has everything you need including open plan kitchen, lounge & dining area, a full size bathroom with 2 person corner spa bath and a spacious bedroom with comfortable queen size bed. A wood heater is perfect for those cosy winter nights in and you have a television, video, CD, DVD player. A reverse cycle air-conditioner is installed for your comfort all year round. As with any property of this standard all linen and towels are provided. The rear deck ensures you have privacy during your stay and you can dine alfresco by cooking on the BBQ. The cottages are designed around the chicory kiln look and they boast many sustainable concepts within the design. We have used many environmental initiatives in our design. e.g. solar hot water, recycling of all waste water. We are a WASTE WISE property: We encourage you to reduce, reuse and recycle. AAA RATED 4 STAR LAUNDRY: A Laundry facility is located at the rear of the cottages. SMOKING: In the interest of all guests: Smoking permitted outdoors only. NO SMOKING PERMITTED INDOORS. CHILDREN: This property does not have any children/infant facilities, and do not cater for them sorry. PETS: SORRY - No Pets permitted - no matter how big or small! Follow the Phillip Island Tourist Road towards Cowes. At the first roundabout in Cowes - (RSL/Ventnor Rd.) Turn left - towards the penguins. Travel 2.5 km along Ventnor Rd. Turn right into Justice Road. Phillip Island Eco Retreat & Day Spa (formally Cowes Eco Retreat) is located along the first driveway on your right. The office is located at The Day Spa. Please phone ahead if you intend to book in outside check in hours (10:00 - 4:00) and we will arrange key collection. PLEASE PHONE OUR OFFICE (10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) TO ARRANGE YOUR DAY SPA TREATMENTS IF YOU WISH TO INCLUDE THESE IN YOUR PACKAGE AS PREBOOKING IS REQUIRED. |
