A stay in the Hotel Asturias is truly a pleasure, not only owing to its superb location in the heart of Madrid – only 200 meters from the Puerta del Sol – but also because the most commercial and cultural area of our city is just a pleasant stroll away. Ours is a hotel conceived as the perfect place for young tourists to stay and enjoy all the entertainment afforded by the old quarter of the city.
This hotel has 175 rooms with private bathroom, telephone, satellite TV, safety box and heating. Other services our guests can use are the conditioned lounge at the lobby and public parking for 500 cars located opposite the hotel. On its restaurant “Principado”, you’ll enjoy the traditional spanish cuisine.

Getting There	HOW TO ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL: From the airport: By bus: to take anyone from the lines 20, 52 9, 51, that have shutdown to little meters of the door of the hotel. The nearer shutdown of underground is Sevilla (line 2) to 500m of the hotel, By car: follow the indications towards downtown, Puerta del Sol
Parking	There is a public parking opposite the hotel, which rate is 1,50€ or 2€ aprox. per hour
Things To Do	From the Asturias Hotel and few minutes walking distance, you can reach Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor (old quarter of the city) where enjoy tipical "tapas". From Puerta del Sol, lowering the Arenal street (South direction) will be able to arrive in few minutes walking at the Plaza de Oriente, the Cathedral of the Almudena and the Royal Palace, main monuments of the city. In west sense, from the hotel, it will reach the Gran Via of Madrid, where the main spectacles of the moment are showed, a full street of activity not only by the multitude of theatres concentrated but also by the infinity of stores and shops all type there occur to appointment.
