Splendid, completely renovated late XIX century Villa surrounded by a lovely park, 4-star Hotel in a historic building with unusual comfort for its category. The hotel is located at the San Dona'/Noventa/Jesolo exit off the A4 VE/TS highway, just 500 meters from the exit. The rooms are all sound-proofed, have wood floors, Venetian stucco walls, king or queen-sized bed, 21-inch colour TV with menu control, video-recorder and safe with magnetic badge. There is a 50 litre refrigerator-bar, closed-circuit terrestrial and satellite TV, the satellite channels with satellite dish and digital decoder, terrestrial TV, telephone plug for Internet connection, e-mail service, 5-channel wired radio in each Atec Tutondo room, air conditioning with digital controls, telephone recharge. It is possible to open the door while lying on the bed. It is possible to call for room service, do-not-disturb service, wake-up service, all supervised by the Hotel Gyr system for room status, and Uny gyr system for general technological wellness. The bath has hydro massage shower with six side jets plus one overhead jet, the bath has self-cleaning hydro massage. The bathrooms are completely lined in marble: Carrara white, Verona red, Guatemala green or Marquinia black depending on the floor and have hair dryer, towel heater; there is a 15” TV and telephone in the s.r. bathrooms, and an exercise bike in the superior and deluxe rooms. On the ground floor there is a comfortable Venetian style room, a hall with stucco pictures and Venetian-style floor. In the summer it is possible to have breakfast in the park behind the villa. Door service 24/7. |

BY CAR From the motorway A4 MI-TS From the Motorway A4 Milano-Trieste arriving from either direction, exit the motorway at Noventa-S.Donà di Piave then afte 600 mt in the centre, behind of the Church you find the HOTEL. Take the Noventa San Donà di Piave exit from the A4 VE/TS highway; at the traffic circle follow the indications to San Donà - Jesolo. At 600 meters from the exit you will find the Hotel in the center of town, behind the cathedral church. BY TRAIN Go to the San Donà/ Noventa/Jesolo railway station and then take the bus approximately 3 Km to Noventa di Piave. BY TAXI From Marco Polo and Treviso airports. It takes approximately 15 min to reach the Hotel. The hotel is just 20 minutes from Venice and Treviso airports in the middle of the picturesque countryside around VENICE. |

Visit to the art cities that they encircle to us: Venice, Treviso, Padova, Vicenza and Verona Ticket free of charge for the VENICE CASINO', with a welcome drink and snack, and free admission. A fluvial cruise (full day) to the discovery of the lagoon of Venice and its islands (Murano-Burano-Torcello) On the traces of the ancient Roman: visit to the situated museum and the archaeological one of Altino. Walk in bicycle or on foot along the Piave river from the Hotel. JESOLO/ERACLEA Beach are a 15 minutes by car, or 20 minutes by Bus, where in summer is very wonderful. The Hotel is the ideal destination for a tourist holiday as it permits to their own guest to reach Venice in only 15 min without using the car thanks to the many daily trips of the railway traffic*. The Hotel is also very useful for businessmen as it is placed just half way from the industrial area of Treviso and Venice-Mestre |
