Rented Out With A Minimum of 2 Rooms Booking for minimum 2 nights. 3 rooms and 4 rooms bookings are available. Opened on Feb'08 this is a 2 storey pre war house built in the 1920s colonial times. It is the one of the few properties still standing in a neighbourhood where time has stood still in the midst of rapid modernisation common to all cities around the world. The interior has recently been renovated to provide a comfortable, airy & cosy atmosphere while retaining the facade as a heritage feature. The word 'Sarang' means nest in Malay language and 'Galloway' comes from the road on which the home is situated. The road is named after a British jailor serving in the then Federated Malay States at the nearby historical Pudu prison. Due to our ideal location,we can truly say this is a perfect place to stay in Kuala Lumpur as it is walking distance to all major sights & attractions. There is even a 24 hour Indian hawker stall who serves the best rotis just at the end of the Galloway Road 2mins. While it may sound like it's a busy area our neighbourhood is very quiet as our house is situated on a small road just off the main thorough fare. Furthermore it is also very safe with the police HQ 2mins away. Although there are a number of houses in the Bukit Bintang area that have been converted to guest houses for individual travellers we have decided to offer our home as a complete unit execellent for those travelling in groups of up to 12 or those with young children or aged parents and therefore would like to have the whole house to themselves. So after a busy day of sightseeing & shopping you can come home to your own place to unwind, relax & recharge with your families & friends. Sarang Galloway is very spacious at 1800 sq ft. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 downstairs for those who don't wish to climb the stairs & 3 rooms upstairs.All the bedrooms upstairs are with windows. While the room downstairs has a king size bed all those upstairs have twin super single beds fitted with comfortable mattresses, pillows, fresh linens & quilts to ensure that you have a good night's sleep as if you are in your own bed back home. There are 2 showers with bath gel & hot water 24 hrs & 2 toilets. We even have a sun area where you can sun bathe in private. The Kitchen is well equipped with 2 gas stoves, wok, pots, pans, utensils, refridgerator & a microwave. Sarang Galloway is children friendly.A baby cot is provided free upon request. Baby sitting is provided free upon request. Baby sitting is available at a minimal charge. Our TV has multi channel satellite programmes & a large collection of DVDs & VCDs movies & cartoons available for your viewing pleasure. There is also a selection of books for reading or exchange. A large number of maps & guide books are available free for attractions in Kuala Lumpur & Malaysia. Sarang Galloway is owned & managed by us, Christina & Michael who ourselves are seasoned travellers. We are most happy to help make your stay in Malaysia a memorable & enjoyable one. As such we will gladly provide you with any advice, info & help that you may need for your travel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia & certain South East Asian countries. In fact for our guests only, we provide personalised tours of all sorts ( gourmet tours, golf tours etc) & to certain attractions that we feel should be visited at very special rates. The lowest rates you can find. We ourselves live on the road right behind Sarang Galloway. As such we are always available to provide immediate attention to any maintenance that requires immediate attention. We also make it a point to provide daily housekeeping. As we have just opened our doors for business we are willing to provide the whole unit of Sarang Galloway with a minimum of 2 rooms booking. The maximum capacity is 12 guests. The beds sleep 8. The 4 extra guests will be charges RM30 each For each of them it will include a mattress, pillow, quilt, bed linen, towel & breakfast. Spacious, clean, comfy & convenient. 5 min walk to LRT,Monorail,Times Square, Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor eateries, Sg Wang Plaza. Rates are for 8 people. Extra adults RM40.00. Business FacilitiesFor business travellers Sarang Galloway is a great place to have meetings. The sitting room is large and comfortable and gives you the privacy you need to conduct your business.You can make use of the sitting area to have product demonstrations or to have training seminars. Extra chairs and tables, projectors, screens, sound system and white boards can be arranged with prior notice. There is enough space for your equipment and product storage. The Hang Tuah Monorail & LRT stations which are just a mere 3 mins walk away will take you to all parts of the Golden Triangle and connect you to most other commercial districts without you having to catch a taxi. |

* From KL International Airport or LCCT Sepang by airport taxi - Purchase taxi coupon at arrival hall for Jalan Galloway (behind Swiss Garden Hotel)from registered counter only. Rate is predetermined RM65-90 depending on type of vehicle. * From KLIA by KLIA Express - Purchase ticket at arrival hall for destination KL Sentral for RM35 per person. On arrival at KL Sentral purchase taxi coupon from registered counter to Jalan Galloway (behind Swiss Garden Hotel)- RM15 per taxi or take the monorail across the road in Brickfields to Hang Tuah Station for RM1.80 per person and walk approx 3mins to Jalan Galloway. * From Puduraya Bus Terminal - approx 10 mins by foot or RM3-4 taxi ride. * Alternatively you can arrange with us for your transfers from and to the airport. * If you are driving, you can check us on wikimapia.com or you can check our website for the location map.
