Eight brick and iron self contained (3½ star) cottages, located just 700 metres from the heart of Margaret River township, yet in a bushland setting. Cottages face out onto a lawned area and provide comfortable, cosy and convenient accommodation. From here, it's just a few minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries; and even less to Heritage Trails which take you through karri and jarrah forests. Award winning wineries and Margaret River's renowned surf beaches are within easy reach and tour coaches call in regularly to pick up guests. Each of our cottages has two bedrooms and are self contained. For the comfort of guests, we provide a simple "starter" breakfast. Guests staying four or more nights will be provided with a free bottle of quality Margaret River wine (your choice of red or white). |

Self contained cottage with bathroom, fully- equipped kitchen, dining table, living room, verandah and woodfired BBQ. A second bedroom is available for extra guests (on payment of an extra bed charge). Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

| Getting There |
Margaret River is 290kms south of Perth and can be reached by car, or public bus. On entering the township (from the north), turn right into Tunbridge Street and head some 600 metres to Mann Street. Turn right and the property will be facing you. If you arive by public bus, head north (some 100 metres) from the bus stop, turn left into Tunbridge and walk around 400 metres to Mann Street. Turn right into Mann Street and stroll dow the hill to the property. |

The township's facilities are within easy walking distance. By motor vehicle, you have easy access to award winning wineries, restaurants and galleries; Margaret River's renowned surf beaches; Augusta's whale watching (in season); breath-taking karri forest; remarkable caves; and numerous tourist attractions. |
