Our motel is a family owned and operated business where we try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All our 9 rooms are aircondtioned and have a kitchenette. We have 2 family rooms, 2 doubles and 5 twin share rooms with parking for all units. The motel is only a 10 minute walk to the Golden Guitar Tourist Centre and a short drive to the town centre, shopping and clubs. Tamworth is the home of country music and hosts a Country Music Festival each January. There are many sites to see and quaint villages in the Tamworth district that are worth a visit. When next in Tamworth please call and inspect our rooms, we are sure you will be impressed. |

Family Room
Rates are for 4. Maximum occupancy is 7. Extra guest charge is $15 per night. Bedding configuration is 1 queen, 1 double, 1 single bed and foldout sofa. Self-contained 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchenette with all crockery, cutlery, microwave and hotplates. Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 7 adults, and a maximum of 6 children but cannot exceed 7 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

| Getting There |
Tamworth boasts a busy regional airport, bus terminal and railway station where buses and taxis continually run services to all areas of Tamworth. If arriving by vehicle we are easy to find as follows: From the north - Travel in along Armidale Road and take left turn at a roundabout into Murray Street then through another roundabout which now becomes Scott Road. This will take you across the Peel River agricultural floodplain then turn left at the 1st roundabout (Goonoo Goonoo Rd) and we are on the opposite side of the road at the 2nd roundabout. From the West - Travel through 1st roundabout and turn right at 2nd roundabout (Werris Creek Road) then drive approx 1.5km and turn left into Hillview Road. Stay on this road until it forks to the right and becomes Wilburtree Street which ends at Goonoo Goonoo Rd at a roundabout. Turn left and we are the first driveway on your left. From the South - we are the first driveway on your left after the 2nd roundabout. You should not get lost but if you do please call and we will either direct you verbally or drive to meet you so as you can follow to the motel. |

| Things To Do |
Tamworth is the Country Music Capital of Australia and boasts the biggest country music festival in the world. The last half of January including Australia Day long weekend has Tamworth overflowing with big hats, boot scooters and as many buskers as you can point a bull at. Tamworth is also a very sporting city with all types of sports holding carnivals at various times of the year so chances are that when you visit there will be some top notch sport to watch. Little towns like Nundle certainly deserve a visit as it was the home of one of Australias great goldrushes and still has many old relics and diggings that are worth a look. |
