AEA CENTRAL has a ‘NO ENTERTAINMENT-PARTY’ policy i.e. NO PARTIES OR PRE-PARTIES OF ANY EVENT/OCCASSION ARE TO BE HELD IN THE APARTMENTS AT ANY TIME e.g. Birthday parties, Bucks/Hens nights. There are to be no more people in the apartment at any time other than the specified number of guests in your reservation i.e. we discourage inviting groups of people to the apartments for pre-/post social gatherings, which potentially creates disturbances to other paying guests and the peaceful environment of the building. ANYONE FOUND IN BREECH OF THIS POLICY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND. AEA Central Serviced Apartments provides spacious apartment accommodation with modern furnishings and self contained gourmet kitchen and laundry facilities, and is a perfect alternative to a small hotel room. All apartments have balconies for that outdoor feel only a serviced apartment can offer. A selection of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are available. All apartments are fully furnished with reverse cycle air conditioning, equipped kitchen, internal laundry with dryer, TV, DVD Player, Foxtel (limited channels), Broadband internet (additional charge) and Security access. Located at the southern end of the Sydney CBD, it is within close proximity to all major transportation including Central railway station, light rail, monorail as well as bus services. Take a short stroll to Darling Harbour, King Street Wharf and Chinatown and explore all the tourist, café and restaurant facilities on offer including the Imax Theatre, Sydney Aquarium, Powerhouse Museum, Sydney Wildlife World and the Australian National Maritime Museum. Other locations in proximity are Oxford Street and Surry Hills. Experience live music at the Sydney Entertainment Centre and stage productions at the Capitol Theatre. Go shopping at Paddy’s Markets or Harbourside Shopping Centre. For the corporate guest, Sydney University, University of Technology and the Darling Harbour Convention and Exhibition Centre is minutes away.
