We have availability over Christmas / New Year - please contact directly or book our Christam Week Special. Toby Inlet Bed & Breakfast is on 1 acre of land by the edge of Toby Inlet. It is a custom built accommodation with a friendly relaxed atmosphere situated 5km from Dunsborough on Caves Road between Busselton and Dunsborough. Toby Inlet Bed & Breakfast has a unique design and is more in line with a boutique hotel. All rooms and living areas, which are separate from the owner's accommodation, have their own ensuite (one with a spa), television, video, dvd, mini fridge, ceiling fan, heater, tea & coffee facilities and a small safe and so much more. With the exception of our 2 night special, our guests enjoy their complimentary cooked English and continental breakfast in the sun filled conservatory dining room, overlooking the landscaped gardens which showcase the local wildlife, such as Bandicoots (Quendas) and many varieties of birds including the Splendid Blue Fairy Wren. Enjoy our summerhouse which holds a large six seater spa. We also have a bocce area, a gazebo with barbecue and a private jetty. we are located directly on Toby Inlet, bring your canoe or just relax a while with a glass of the local wine. So come and stay at Toby Inlet Bed & Breakfast and enjoy great surroundings, private guests facilities and a superb full breakfast before you go and explore the best of the south west. The majority of the Margaret River Wine area is within 15 minutes from our accommodation. Go on a self-drive tour of the regions attractions or on an organised tour, the choice is yours. |

We are located 5km from Dunsborough on Caved Road between Busselton and Dunsborough. If travelling south from Perth, take the Busselton By-Pass road and follow signs towards Dunsborough. We are located after the Wyndham Vacation Resort(approx 2.8km), corner of Caves Road and Backwater Retreat. |

Toby Inlet Bed and Breakfast is very close to the Dunsborough championship golf course where our guests will receive a 10% discount of Green fees and Golf Club/Cart hire. We are close to all the spectacular surfing beaches, wildlife park and many of the superb local wineries, breweries and attractions in the area. Dunsborough town is where you will find a range of quality restaurants, cafes and shops. We are in close proximity to Quindalup Beach boat moorings and the Quindalup Boat Ramp. Join a cruise on the picturesque Geographe Bay to view the varied marine life which are either resident or seasonal migration of the whales. Visit the Cape Naturalist Lighthouse or any one of the coves along the coastline including Meelup Beach. |
