The Hotel Borgo Antico, a characteristic and pleasant structure, is located in Lucignano D'arbia, an ancient medieval village in the heart of the Crete Senesi. The hotel is 10 km from Abbazia Di Monteoliveto Maggiore,15 km from Montalcino and Siena, about 30/40 min. from other historical towns such as: Pienza, Montepulciano,San Gimignano and from famous thermal springs like Bagno Vignoni,Bagni San Filippo and Rapolano Terme. Hotel Borgo Antico is located along the "Via Francigena", an important route which in the past was used by thousands of pilgrims on their way to Rome. The hotel has 25 rooms furnished either in an elegant modern style or in a classic style. All the rooms provided with private bath, shower-box, hair-dryer, kit for toilette, tv, telephone, air-conditioning and 11 rooms have also mini bar. In the hotel’s restaurant there is a very suggestive dining room formerly used as a beverage storage where you can taste typical Senese and Tuscan dishes enhanced by the fantasy of the chef and served with a large choice of the best local wines.
