Meriton Serviced Apartments – Danks Street Located on the fringe of Sydney - only a ten minute drive from the CBD in the trendy suburb of Waterloo. Just a minutes’ walk from the famous Danks Street cafes, restaurants and markets as well as the popular Hillsong Church, Waterloo. This property is also only a 10-minute taxi ride from Sydney International and Domestic Airports. Escape to the wide-open spaces of Centennial Parklands for everything from cycling to horse riding, roller blading, tennis, golf, cricket, barbecues and picnics or simply soak up the fresh air and sunshine. Designed for both business and leisure travelers these fully self-contained apartments (many split-level) will have you feeling right at home. Simply a great location with new apartments which are all oversized and fully self contained. All apartments have fully equipped separate kitchen, and laundry as well as plenty of space for a comfortable stay. All apartments are strictly non-smoking and most apartments have opening balconies allowing for fresh air to flow through the apartment when required. PLEASE NOTE: We will require a security bond (deposit) at arrival for all bookings in the form of cash or credit card. The bond amount ranges from $200 (studio and 1-bedroom), $500 for 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom) and $1000 (penthouses). Credit card bonds will be refunded upon departure and cash bonds following an inspection of the apartment by our reception staff. Bonds via credit card can sometimes take between 3-10 days to clear from the bank. |

Check-in is between 2pm and 10pm at reception. After 10pm report to security guard on duty at reception desk. All guests must sign the 'No Party' policy. Registered guests must provide valid photo ID matching the booking name and credit card. |

Travelling north on South Dowling Street turn left into Danks Street shortly after you have passed the Orange Self storage facility and the two new high-rise Meriton developments that are under construction. A Taxi from the CBD typically will be less than 10-mins and approx AUD$16.00 |
| Parking |
Limited under-cover car parking is available for guests at a charge of AUD$15.00 per night/per car; payable direct to reception on arrival. Limited car parking spaces available, spaces cannot be pre-booked or guaranteed. Car parking is on a first come / first parked basis. Spaces cannot be held or reserved. Reception will help, where possible to arrange offsite alternate arrangements if our car park is full. Note: street parking is limited and regularly patrolled. |
