Welcome to the Fairways at Ocean Ridge - a luxury 5 star apartment complex, which opened in December 2007.

Designed by Chris Prebble Architects with the indulgent guest in mind. The decor in the apartments will inspire and amaze the most discerning of guests. The Fairways was a finalist in the New Zealand Tourism Awards for 2010-11 and highly recommended by many on Trip Advisor.

At the Fairways we pride ourselves on our friendly relaxed atmosphere in a quiet location that is a privilege to both live in and enjoy with our guests. A minimalist decor of deep charcoal, sky blues, whites and striking orange, designer furniture and luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen chosen with your ultimate comfort in mind.

Graham & Robyn are the Host/Owners of The Fairways. They really enjoy the surroundings at the Fairways and their family are often seen swimming in the lake next door most of the summer or playing on the beach across the road.

As your hosts they can provide many ideas on daily excursions and adventures to ensure you make the most of your stay in Kaikoura.

All rooms are provided with secure wireless broadband internet, sky digital television, LCD flat screen TV. The apartments have a DVD player and real flame open gas fires.

The apartments offer dual key options for either a compact ensuite studio or 1 bedroom ensuite apartment. With the inter-connecting door open these become the two bedroom apartments.

The apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, lounge, washing machine and dryer.

We can provide continental or cooked breakfast. The golf course is just across the road and with $35 green fees is a great way to chill out and enjoy the views at Ocean Ridge.

Ocean Ridge is a holiday resort in the making. Ample walking tracks to the hills, beach or native regenerating bush provide a means to escape the rush and relax.

Getting There 3km south of the top of the Kaikoura Peninsula, is Ocean Ridge. Turn into Ocean Ridge at the magestic stone pillar entrance and we are located at 1 Kersage Drive, Ocean Ridge, overlooking the lake in Kekeno Park.

Call Kaikoura Shuttles on 03 319 6166 to arrange pick-up from the train station, bus stop or airport.
