You are literally surrounded in history when you stay in one of the well appointed, refurbished hotel suites. There are also apartments for those who prefer to be a bit more self-sufficient. Nestled on the banks of the Tamar River this property is very conveniently located within walking distance of the CBD and the peaceful parklands and bushwalks of the Cataract Gorge or take a leisurely walk to the Inveresk Precint. **Please note that the attractions are closed. |

The situation of this property lends itself to the traveller basing their stay in the northern part of the State and covering the Tamar and North east regions with wonderful wineries and scenery and interesting attractions like the only Sea Horse World in Australia!! Being within walking distance of the Cataract Gorge guests can enjoy bush walks and parklands. |
