We have a range of modern, spacious, deluxe accommodation for singles, couples, families & corporate travelers who enjoy affordable quality while being away from home. The comfort of our guests is paramount and is reflected in the quality of our accommodation & service you will receive while staying here. Heat pumps in all units provide warmth in winter and cooling in summer. 17 stylishly furnished motel apartments, serviced daily, each with kitchenette, double glazing & comfortable beds in what are the newest suites in Rangiora. Furthermore all our units are equipped with LCD TV’s, DVD Multi Media players, DDI Phones, Iron & Ironing boards, Electric blankets and Hair Dryers. The motel complex comprises of: 10x Studio Suite (sleeps 2 people) 4x 1-Bedroom Suite (sleeps up to 4 people) 2x 2-Bedroom Suite (sleeps up to 6 people) 1x 4-Bedroom Apartment (sleeps 12 people max.) The Riverstone Motel is ideally located at the gateway to various local & regional attractions including the Waipara Valley - Canterbury's premier wine growing region and the charming alpine village and spa resort of Hanmer Springs. Within the Waimakariri district you will find a diverse range of activities, from horse treks to salmon fishing, golfing, jet boating, hiking, biking and beaches are nearby. Our motel complex also has a modern purpose built 4 bedroom apartment (each bedroom has en-suite) to cater for small groups for short or long term stays. Two of our units have wheelchair access and a guest laundry and an in-room breakfast service are at your convenience. Being located at the south end of Rangiora we are easy accessible when traveling from SH1, SH71 and Inland Scenic Route SH72. Rate for 2 adults + 2 children. Maximum occupancy is 6. Extra guest charge is $20 per night & $15 for children 1-12 years per night. Bedding configuration is 1x Queen bed 1st room, 1x Bunk in 2nd room & Double sofa-bed in lounge. Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $15.00.
