A brand new accommodation concept for Dunedin. LivingSpace Dunedin offers funky affordable hotel style accommodation located at the city end of the renowned Castle Street. All of our studio's offer queen size beds, 26" LCD televisions with 5 sky channels, high speed internet connection, a desk with direct dial phone and voicemail, stylish new glass bathrooms and a kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities. LivingSpace is very warm with central heating throughout. Modern security systems are installed and your personal swipe card provides secure access to the building and your room. 24 hour staffing and luggage storage available. Other facilities include a movie theatre, guest laundry, internet suite, guest lounge with balcony and two communal kitchens with dining area's. LivingSpace is centrally located with the Octagon, Hospital, University, Polytechnic within very easy walking distance. A supermarket(New World) is located a 2 minute walk from our front door. LivingSpace Dunedin is our third property to open with other locations including Christchurch & Invercargill. All LivingSpace properties are self rated a very comfortable 3 star. |

| Getting There |
LivingSpace Dunedin is located 192 Castle Street with the closest intersection being the corner of Castle & Hanover Streets, right next to the orange building (Vehicle Testing New Zealand) LivingSpace Dunedin is approximately a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport and will cost around $65.00. We recommend Dunedin Taxi's who will be available outside the main terminal and meet all flight arrivals. Shuttles are also available from the airport and start from around $20.00 per person based on how many people are in the shuttle for that particular transfer and also meet all flight arrivals. |
