Kaikoura Cottage Mmotels are a fresh new concept in accommodation. 8 warm and very clean fully self contained two room cottages set on 2 acres of privately landscaped grounds. All with a spectacular view of the Kaikoura Seaward Mountain Ranges. We are located 2.5kms from the town centre, Whalewatch , Dolphin Encounter and 1km from the main supermarket and restaurants, also walking distance [400m] to the beach. Our complex is Qualmark 4 star rated. We can accommodate 1 to 5 persons in our cottages with all the amenities required for a comfortable and relaxed stay. |

Queen bed set back in main room with partition wall seperating. In a seperate bedroom there is another Queen bed. Fully self contained cottage. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults. The following bedding is provided:

Rates are for 1-2. Maximum occupancy is 4. Extra guest charge is $20 per adult per night and $15 per child per night (14 years and under). Bedding configuration is 1xQueen & 2xSingles in separate rooms. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:
