We offer you uninterrupted views of the beautiful blue Lake Tekapo, sumptuous comfortable rooms and warm hospitality. Our home has been built with inspiration from mountain properties in the USA to provide the ultimate in livability and conviviality. Your room awaits. New, fabulous view, comfortable and relaxing, all with ensuites. Everything is the best. healthy breakfast with home-made bread, Satellite TV, Big warm fire for the winter and high country garden with mountain views for the summer - or any time. Plenty of parking. The apartment features two good size bedrooms; one has queen size bed and the other one has two single beds, luxury bathroom; a spacious open plan living & dining area with high wooden beams, beautiful veranda outlook from the living room and lovely gardens; a fully appointed kitchen featuring quality appliances and laundry. |

Rates are for 1-2. Maximum occupancy is 5. Bedroom 1 has Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Luxury bathroom. Open plan living & dining room has Garden; alpine view. Fully equipped kitchen with laundry. One child under 3 is free. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 5 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

Take the first turn on the left into Hamilton Drive, then turn left again to Lochinver Ave. Three Rivers Lodge is the first property on the right over-looking the park and Lake. |
