Nestled in amongst some of Apollo Bay's most upmarket properties in the elite Harbour District and Located almost right on the Great Ocean Road, just one row back from the beach, The Harbour House is within driving distance to the 12 Apostles, Otway Fly Tree Top Walk, the Shipwreck coast attractions and the beautiful Otway Rainforest. This two storey complex is a duplex consisting of two apartments in each. The Harbour House can be used as one large sprawling home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms or rented quite separately and privately as a spacious and luxurious 'Loft' one bedroom apartment, and the very comfortable Main House, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Only a stone’s throw to Marengo Beach, with ocean views from the Loft that stretch across Bass strait and the beautiful Barham River Estuary. The Harbour House is also literally a few minutes’ short walk to the Apollo Bay restaurants, cafes and Main Beach foreshore area, movie theatre, childrens playground, and Apollo Bay Golf Club. With BBQ entertaining balconies off each room, why not slip over to the nearby Harbour Store for some fresh seafood and prepare a private beachside feast - enjoying all the fresh produce that the local area can offer year round? With very well-equipped chef’s kitchens, double glazing and gas log fire, The Harbour House is a year round winner – Winter and Summer alike! |

The Whole Harbour House
Interconnect both the top Loft and the Ground floor Main House, and you have "ONE HUGE HOUSE" - Complete with 2 separate living areas, (teenagers pad and parents retreat) or for 2 families sharing, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 entertaining balconies too! Rates are for 8 people. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 8 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

Taking over the entire ground floor of the duplex is the 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Main House. With a distinctive light, airy and beachy feel the self contained Main House is suited for up to 6 people and has some ocean glimpses and outlook to the foothills. Rates are for 6 people. | Getting There |
Only 2½ to 3 hours from Melbourne by car, or 1½ hours from Geelong. Either follow the Great Ocean Road scenic route or the Princes Highway and Cape Otway Road to Skenes Creek, then the Great Ocean Road to Apollo Bay. We are located on the corner of the Great Ocean Road and Gambier Street, about 1km from the Visitor's Information Centre and V-line bus stop. If you are arriving outside office hours, please contact property directly by telephone to arrange check in guest registration and immediate key access. |
