A few more minutes walk into Ahuriri Village and there are more restaurants to choose from. Our property is on Napier's lovely inner harbour, overlooking the marina and Sailing Club. Enjoy a glass of Hawkes Bay wine on the balcony whilst watching the activity on the sparkling waters - yachts, fishing boats, kayaks and leisure craft and wildlife. We have 44 4-star well-appointed studio, one and 2 brm suites,and a spacious 3brm/2 bathroom apartment with private balcony. So stay here as a base for exploring all that this fabulous region has to offer - wine, food, scenic walkways, art and much more. Ten minutes drive to Mission and Church Road wineries. |

| Getting There |
From the South - Approach Napier on Highway 2,through Clive, follow Marine Parade right along, round past the port,along the Ahuiri Bypass past the turnoff to Ahuriri Village, across the railway line onto Hyderabad Rd, then turn right into Lever Street at Shed2. Left onto West Quay and we are 200m along on the left. From the North and Hawkes Bay airport- approaching Napier on the Napier Hastings Expessway, just past the airport take a left turn (signposted Port/City Centre) onto Meannee Quay - follow this along (1.2km's) and across the bridge over the estuary then turn left just past the BP Service Station into West Quay. Anchorage Motor Lodge will be straight ahead of you. From the south on the expessway. Drive straight though the first major roundabout you come to(crossing Taradale Road) and turn right at the next roundabout on to Prebensen Drive. Proceed along there turning left onto Hyderabad Road and then left onto Pandora Road. Make a right hand turn into West Quay and you will see The Anchorage Motor Lodge 200mtrs in front of you. |
