The Victoria Hotel is centrally located in the heart of the Dunedin city. It is right next to the Cadbury Chocolate World, one minute walk to the George Street, five minutes walk to the Octagon or Railway Station or Dunedin Hospital, and within 20 minutes walk to the new Forsyth Barr Stadium.

The hotel is newly refurbished with 41 rooms which comprise of Deluxe Studio rooms, Kitchen Studio, One-bedroom Unit, Two-bedroom Penthouse and Superior Suite.
It features a glass-walled lift to the fourth floor giving an excellent view over our beautiful city.

The Victoria Hotel provides 3 Function venues available for conferences, business meetings, wedding receptions and any special events.
The hotel restaurant is opening from 7am - 10 am for breakfast and 6pm - 8pm for dinner daily.
The bar is also available from 7am till late.

Access to the Hotel is via Cumberland Street, oneway system from the south or from St Andrew Street from the north which has secure off-street car parking.
Our reception hours is from 7am to 10pm daily and a duty manager and/or night porter is available during the night.

Getting There	If you are arriving by car from the North: Follow State Highway 1 along Castle Street until you get to St Andrew Street. Turn right into St Andrew Street. If you are arriving by car from the South: Follow State Highway 1 along Cumberland Street until you see the Victoria Hotel on the left side of the road on the corner of Cumberland and St Andrew Streets.
Parking	We have off-street parking available to guests. At night there is lighting in this area for extra security.
Things To Do	Some of Dunedin's main attractions: -Visit heritage properties Larnach Castle and Olveston House. -Go for a drive around the peninsula and see the seal, albatross and penguin colonies. -Enjoy the Art Gallery, Early Settlers' Museum and Otago Museum (with it's new butterfly-filled tropical rainforest). -Go for a walk through the beautiful Botanic Gardens. -Take a guided tour of the Speights Beer Brewery. -Take a guided tour of the Cadbury Chocolate Factory. -Take a ride on the Taieri Gorge Railway.
