RENOVATION ANNOUNCEMENT Superior building renovation will commence in Oct 24, 2009 and expected to end by 31 August, 2010. Safety and Comfort Policies: For the interests of our guests’ safety and comfort, we have designed the following policies: 1. Project hours : 09.00 to 19.00 2. Scope of works : It will involve cutting, excavating, roofing, drilling, hammering and painting. 3. Machinery use : digger, excavator, and hand-driller. 4. Project workers will not enter guest areas. 5. The Superior Building and 1 (one) tennis court adjacent to it will be closed for guests from 28 October, 2009 – 31 August, 2010. Semi-permanent, temporary fences will be erected around the project area. 6. Situated near the beach, our swimming pool and surrounding will not be affected. |
