We are situated on SH1 within walking distance of Caroline Bay, Desmond Unwin Tennis Centre and Maori Park Swimming Pool. We are also close to the CBD, RSA and restaurants.

The 11 fully self-contained units offer a range of options. The 2 split-level units, with a bedroom above stairs are ideal for those with school age children or for visiting sports teams. All of the units are spacious and quiet, with fully equipped kitchens and off-street parking. The street front units, which are double glazed offer a stylish yet homely comfort.

All units are non-smoking and are serviced daily. Cooked and continental breakfasts are also available.

Getting There	We are situated on State Highway 1. If travelling from north we are on right hand side of road approx 50 metres from Couplands Bakery. If travelling from south it is on left hand side.

Things To Do	If you enjoy snow skiing Timaru is approx 1.5 hours from Mt Dobson and Mount Hutt Ski fields. Timaru is an ideal base for fishermen being close to Temuka and Opihi Rivers and within an hours drive of the Waitaki. Caroline Bay is a very popular spot at Xmas time hosting a carnival from Boxing Day until mid January. Other attractions are forest & bush walks, art gallery and museum, Maori Rock Art.
