One bedroom apartments feature a luxurious Queen Size bed in the main room, while two bedroom apartments feature a queen size bed in the main room and a sumptuous double size bed in the second. A majority of the apartments also feature a balcony or courtyard area. Lifestyle is conveniently located within easy walking distance from restaurants, bars, parks, 24 hr supermarkets, fast food outlets and a video store. With bus stops close by and a train station approximately 5 minutes walk, public transport is a breeze. A short bus ride can lead you into the world of shopping at Knox City Shopping Centre, which will surely satisfy any with a passion for fashion. Or a 10 min train ride will find you in the heart of Belgrave with breath-taking scenery to awe even the most experienced outdoor enthusiast. |

Lifestyle at Ferntree is located in Ferntree Gully. Approximately 35 minutes drive from the Melbourne CBD. From the airport, approx. an hour’s taxi ride will get you directly to Lifestyle Apartments Alternatively, the SkyBus will take you into the Melbourne CBD. A 40 minute train ride from Flinders Street train station, along the Belgrave line will take you to Ferntree Gully train station, which is 5 minutes walk from Lifestyle. |

| Things To Do |
For those who have the retail flare, Lifestyle is situated near two of Melbourne’s largest and most stylish shopping centres; Knox City Shopping Centre & the heart of Melbourne’s fashion Chadstone Shopping Centre. Knox City is a mere 15 minutes away while Chadstone is only 25 minutes away. If taking it slow and seeing the sights is more what you’re after, then take a 10 minute trip into Belgrave where you can explore the sights and sounds of the Dandenong Ranges and take a ride on the Puffing Billy, Australia’s favourite steam train. And with the Yarra Valley so close by, a day trip to tour a vineyard might even be in order. To keep the kids entertained there is a variety of activities all close by, why not visit one of Melbourne’s zoos, all of which are within an hours drive. Or take them to one of Melbourne’s beautiful beaches, most of which are just half an hour away, such as the famous Brighton beach, where the sand and sun are sure to keep everyone happy. |
