New York Architect, Stephen O’Dell, conceptualized the building’s curved façade to represent a local icon, the lotus flower. In the reception area, the concave teak-roof seamlessly bonds with vertical teak slats lining the feature wall. The Garden of Contemplation, designed by landscape architect Colin Okashimo, is comprised of reflective spaces and meditative sculptures, protected by the shadow of a large ficus tree, providing some tranquility from the busy streets of Bangkok.
