This beautifully appointed cottage has a large lounge room with big picture windows looking over the alfresco area looking down the valley. It has two large bedrooms with queen size beds, spa bathroom with double shower. Set in 2 acres of garden enjoy the swimming pool and lawn tennis court or just take time to smell the roses. Be spoiled! If you are drinking you may wish to partake of the skipper service to take you to the famous Loosebox Restaurant or have a pizza delivered from our world winning Little Ceasers. Or just veg out and have a BBQ. Just 30 minutes from the Swan valley Wineries,55 minutes to Fremantle or 40 mintes to the Avon Valley.We can help you with your travel arrangements as to what is in season. Enjoy one of the many cycle ways in the perth hills. Now is the wildflower season, you can walk to Lake Leschenaltia and see the many different varieties of wildflowers. |

Take the Great Eastern Highway to Mundaring, drive through to Sawyers Valley, 2km past Sawyers Valley turn left into Lion Street. Travel 2km down Lion Street and turn right into Elliott Street. Turn down the second street on the right which is Wilkins Road, drive 600m up Wilkins Road and turn left into Catton Hall. |

Mundaring has a wonderful accredited Art Gallery With an exhibition on all the year.Also visit the other galleries and craft shops. Feeling more enegetic go bike riding along one of the many designated trails like the Mundra Bidi Trail. |
